Which is better block or delegate?

Apple is constantly changing most of the existing codes which were in delegate form now to block.

I always have a confusion that where to use block and where to use delegates?

Even I always feel that its better way to provide abstraction if we use delegate instead of block. Just want to hear other developers view in this topic. If it seems very foolish topic pardon me.
