How to integrate deeplink ios & android

I am trying to integrate deep link in our application.

My requirement is : Need to open app directly from mail, if the app is installed, or directly navigate to App Store/ Play store based on device (iOS/Android). It should work if the device is offline too. so i don't want to use any html in between.

URL identifier :  net.company.application
URL Schemes : application
URL (which is add to the mail) : application://opendetails/001

Please help me to achieve this. Thanks in advance
