How can I start developing app in swift. How to manage different screen size of iPhone 5, 6 and 6+

I am novice iOS developer. And I have done some iOS app for iPhone 5 using objective-C. Now how can I manage different screen size for iPhone 5, 6 and 6+. which screen size works for every iPhones. Or which way works better for all versions.
